Reservation and payment
Reservation terms
- Reservation sum. Reservation is implied as advance payment for 1 day stay. This sum paid confirms purpose to stay in our apartments.
- Check-in. At the 1st day of arrival guests should pay for all perion of stay (residuary sum).
- Cancellation conditions
- After the payment is done the agreement is declared to be valid for the period mentioned in the agreement.
- Parties are obliged to let each other know about any cancellations or changes a week before the check in.
- In case of the cancellation under the agreement after the period mentioned in previous term the advance of one day price will not be refunded (except banking service fees). At the denunciation of the treaty under the tenant initiative 30% from the remained sum is kept, but not less than the price for 3 days. For complete rent terms please view our rent agreement.

Low commission paid by a remitter - 2-3%
